All of the posts on this blog should be titled "update" :)
I swear I only post on average once every full moon :P
Anywho, after reading the (semi-whiny) vegan-ese post, you are probably wondering how we are doing in that aspect, aren't you??
Well, I am happy to report that we are eating less meat at home (everywhere else hasn't really happened yet), and have DRASTICALLY increased our vegetable intake. I made a pretty big decision to go with
the CSA I was looking at and we have been enjoying LOTS of yummy heirloom tomatoes, string beans, kale, cabbage, brocolli, squash, zuchhini, other wierd looking squash thingys that I need to figure out how to cook, etc.
probably some of the biggest news we have to share is that we moved into a HOUSE!

oh, and we have a puppy. No biggie. ;)
His name is Obi-Wan Kenobi XXXI
I am super surprised I haven't posted anything about him until now on the blog, but I will make up for it now with a bajillion photographs (the husband is literally incapable of not taking pictures of the puppy lol, but he isn't here with his phone so....I'm just posting pics from mine :)

Funny story/tangent: Obi was sitting on the couch with me today while I finally watched the season premier of Glee and he started stretching...there were some dishes on the side of the couch and he honestly didn't mean to, but he knocked them off onto the floor! Fortunately, nothing broke, and it really scared him...but it was still kind of cute and hilarious all at the same time!
In case you were wondering, the husband IS still doing AF ROTC; he is also working on his Computer Science degree, participating in 3 intramural sports, and lots of other amazing stuff. He rocks.
I think that pretty much sums it up for now! I am struggling through calculus, hoping I can make it through the math that will allow me to finish the degree I want! Bring it, math!
